Prepare relevant documents for the project plan. |

Communicate constantly with the Tech Head on issues/status regarding the project execution. |

Focus on value delivered by the clients and constantly work with the client-facing counterparts. |

Track, monitor and report progress by scheduling tasks, setting deadlines, and reviewing deliverables. |
|
Manage team leaders by constantly giving them job-feedback and by providing guidance for improvement. |

Working closely with the Test Team and ensuring a defect free release of each feature. |
